- Prepare and launch ‘Every Voice Matter’ (EVM), colleagues’ feedback survey to 50,000 colleagues nationwide

- Analyse engagement feedback result, highlight opportunity area, identify specific engagement strategy and set up action plan for Country and People function.

- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to sustainably land the engagement plans into business. Ensure engagement is alive and create culture.
